Food for thought: should we add a new lunch program?

School Council is exploring the option of bringing on an additional lunch service provider.

Rose Reisman Kids Lunch Program offers a peanut and tree-nut free menu with more than 20 different meal options daily, and caters to food allergies. Items range from $4.75 to $7.50 a meal. View a sample menu online at https://www.kidslunch.ca/menu_1

The caterer will be presenting at the next Council meeting on Monday, February 12, so we encourage you to attend and ask any specific questions you may have.

A minimum number of participating families is required to bring this lunch provider to the school.

If you are interested, please participate in a brief survey online by Friday, February 16.

Gourmet frozen foods at your fingertips!

Orders are due on Monday, February 12 for a variety of gourmet frozen foods!

Please refer to the MacMillan’s and Terra Cotta Cookie Company information and order forms sent home with your child this week.

Make cheques payable to SABSC.

Funds raised will go towards school activities such as field trips, special assemblies, Scientists in the School, sports equipment and much more. Orders will be available for pick-up on Wednesday, February 28th, from 3:20 to 6:00 p.m.
